Narrative Construction: A look back on how in 3 years there was a change in the way the burgers are made.
Serious, in-depth, well spread into different sections.
Treatment: I feel the subject was treated seriously because it involves a big well know company and the general health of the public.
Quality and depth of subject matter: this long article includes a lot of information on how the change is made, why the change is made, their important factors so I think the article was given a lot of good in depth information.
The role of the presenter/interviewer: Interviewer
The interviewee as a character in the story: The key character in the story is Marion Gross because she is a chief supply chain officer for McDonald's, and she thought up of the idea and wanted to enforce it. 
Technical Elements, camerawork, use of sound or music, editing: There is constantly upbeat music in the background unless a video with sound is shown. Interview includes over the shoulder shots, medium shots and close ups. The video includes references to things which makes the video very informative.
The reports’ cultural context: The report is targeted to Americans because that is where the change is happening, and they might be interested to want to do try it. Also targeted to everyone around the world who has a McDondal’s close to them so they can look forward to when the change happens in their hometown.
The intentions of the presenter’s telling of the story: The intention is to show people that McDonald’s is changing their ways for customer satisfaction.
